Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping across mainland UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We also ship to the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and the Channel Islands, though delivery times may vary for these areas.
Shipping Rates
• Standard Delivery (2-5 Business Days): £4.99 Free for orders over £50. Free shipping offer excludes highland and islands
• Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days): 6.99.
• Next Day Delivery: £8.99 (Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM for next day delivery).
Please note: Delivery charges may vary for orders sent to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, or other remote locations. Additional costs will be displayed at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.
Delivery Time

• Next Day Delivery: Delivered the next business day if ordered before 12:00 PM.

Undelivered or Delayed Shipments

Shipping Restrictions
Due to shipping regulations, we are unable to ship certain items containing flammable materials to certain remote locations. We will notify you if this affects your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
At Wilcher, we take great care in packaging our candles. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@wilcher.co.uk with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Wilcher Return Policy

1.1 30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Items that show signs of wear or use, or are not in their original condition, may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
